Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality frontline enquiry service to registrants and the public, providing essential information and guidance regarding title protection, health and character assessments, and fitness to practice inquiries.
- Handle and manage a diverse range of enquiry calls from applicants, registrants, and the public, collaborating with colleagues to ensure all cases are addressed in accordance with service standards.
- Identify and prioritize high-risk concerns and cases, ensuring timely progression for necessary actions.
- Maintain compliance with existing policies, guidelines, and service standards relevant to your role.
- Contribute to team efforts by supporting colleagues in achieving collective priorities, objectives, and targets.
- Proven experience in managing a high volume of varied casework effectively.
- Strong customer service background, particularly in providing support and advice via telephone.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to both routine and complex tasks, demonstrating a commitment to following procedures accurately.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficient in MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel, and various web-based applications.
