About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team in Liverpool. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and build strong relationships
* Proactively search for suitable candidates and build professional relationships with them
* Screen potential candidates and create a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates
* Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates
* Brand awareness on LinkedIn and relevant job boards
* Maintain confidentiality of information
* Review and develop the end-to-end recruitment process
* Attend networking events
* Create adverts that are appropriate for each vacancy
* Manage candidate expectations throughout their application process

About You:

* Previous legal recruitment experience
* Experience in RTA / PI / Credit Hire / Clinical Negligence would be advantageous
* Proactive, self-motivated, confident, and professional
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Goal-orientated approach to work
* Creative and passionate about the work you do
* Ability to handle multiple priorities
* Problem-solving ability
* Ability to meet deadlines and targets
* Great time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
* Highly accountable
* Ambition and the determination to succeed
