We are currently recruiting for a Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team in Liverpool. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and understand their business areas, the roles within their teams, and their recruitment needs. You will be responsible for screening potential candidates via Teams/phone that match the selection criteria, proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates, brand awareness on LinkedIn and relevant job boards, reviewing and developing the end-to-end recruitment process with the Head of Talent, and attending networking events. To be successful in this role, you will need previous Legal Recruitment experience, be creative and passionate about the work you do, and share our purpose of helping people move on in their lives.
