Our client, a reputable organization in Lichfield, is seeking an Assistant Technical Support professional to enhance their Research & Development team. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional off-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project management by ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Act as a technical liaison between manufacturing facilities and clients
  • Develop specifications for project initiatives
  • Assist in all research and development activities related to new projects
  • Prepare written briefs and documentation
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project progress as necessary
  • Support prototype and new product installations across various vehicle types
  • Create specification sheets and instructional materials, including capturing images and recording technical details
  • Deliver both internal and external technical training as required
  • Facilitate customer handovers with driver instructions
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams and external clients, supporting product installations
  • Evaluate and enhance customer support based on feedback and inquiries
  • Manage vehicle and product application guides, including updates for new vehicle models

Required Experience and Skills:
