Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Assistant to join our Research and Development team. As a Technical Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in projects to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations
  • Provide technical liaison between factories and customers to resolve technical issues
  • Design specifications for project work and assist in research and development
  • Provide written briefs and make site visits to monitor projects as required
  • Assist with prototype and new product installation on a mix of vehicles
  • Design spec sheets and instructions, including capturing images and recording technical information
  • Provide technical support internally and to external customers
  • Evaluate and improve customer support from inbound calls and customer feedback
  • Manage vehicle and product application guides, including any amendments with new vehicle releases
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
