Job Summary

CPC Project Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Management Consulting team as a Project Manager - Estates or Senior Consultant - Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects within the Health sector, focusing on Estates / Facilities projects for various Health Trusts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, leveraging your expertise in Estates / Facilities / Property management to drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Estates / Facilities / Property management best practices.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Consultant within the Public Sector, preferably in the Health sector.
  • Strong background in Estates / Facilities / Property management, with a focus on business cases and better business cases.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
