We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Jet2holidays. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our holiday services.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Proactively monitor and lead the 24-hour real-time operation, providing solution-based support to ensure excellent service and adherence to standards, policies, and company obligations.
- Incident Management: Manage end-to-end incidents, including escalation to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with relevant departments within the company, providing training and guidance to maintain high operational standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce management information and regular reports on operational performance and incident resolution, driving business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Experience: Significant experience in a customer-focused or operational role in a tour operator or airline, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Skillset: Calm and reliable under pressure, analytical and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team from the front.
- Knowledge: Ideally, experience working overseas and in-depth knowledge of industry regulations relating to areas such as ABTA, package holidays, and airline operations.
