As we embark on a journey of innovation and change in Finance at Aviva, we are looking for a Finance Change Specialist to become part of our General Ledger close and Governance team.
About the Role:
This position is integral to the UK&I GI Finance function. The team is dedicated to implementing changes driven by the UK&I GI change portfolio.
You will be responsible for executing designated business transformations that affect Finance, particularly within the General Ledger and Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare. While key decision-making is not a requirement, effective collaboration, timely issue resolution, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships are essential.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering change within a dynamic setting, with familiarity in Agile methodologies being advantageous.
- A customer-centric approach, addressing the needs of our end-users.
- In-depth understanding of systems and data applicable to the finance domain.
- Ability to identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Significant experience in a finance-related role or environment demonstrating business analysis skills, including risk and control awareness.
