About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Dennison Commercials Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, amend, and update service schedules and send reminders to customers
  • Manage vehicle and customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Book PSV appointments and issue workshop job cards, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion
  • Process and close out workshop job cards, assisting with invoicing and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Make outbound sales and customer care calls, building strong relationships with key customers
  • Create maintenance contract quotes and sell maintenance contracts, driving revenue growth
  • Liaise with the Workshop Foreman to ensure efficient job planning and profitability
  • Contact customers to inform them of additional work required, providing accurate quotations and gaining necessary authority
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through delivery of the Volvo 'Customer Commitments', assisting with follow-up and handling customer complaints efficiently
  • Perform general administration duties, including running reports, scanning and filing paperwork, and record archiving

Requirements:

  • Relevant service reception experience or experience working within a franchised car/heavy vehicle dealership
  • Excellent administration skills, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Full driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
