Senior Nuclear Compliance Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Nuclear Compliance Manager to oversee compliance activities within a significant nuclear construction initiative.
This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to nuclear regulations and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold a robust nuclear compliance framework for the project.
- Ensure alignment with all regulatory standards set forth by relevant authorities.
- Direct and mentor the compliance team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Conduct thorough audits and evaluations to ensure compliance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Engage with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to maintain best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on compliance issues to senior leadership and project teams.
- Compile and deliver compliance documentation to regulatory entities as necessary.
- Address and rectify compliance challenges or incidents, implementing necessary corrective measures.
- Stay informed on evolving nuclear regulations and industry practices to maintain compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and ongoing enhancement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in nuclear compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Comprehensive understanding of nuclear regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstrated experience in leading compliance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
