We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Compliance Senior Lead to join our team at Morson Talent Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nuclear compliance for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive nuclear compliance program to ensure adherence to all applicable nuclear regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the highest level of compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of nuclear safety and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory expectations.
- Provide expert advice on nuclear compliance matters to senior management and project teams, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of nuclear compliance.
Requirements:
