Page Personnel Finance is seeking a diligent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Accounting & Finance team in the Life Science industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process Invoices and Credit Notes: Timely and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes is essential for maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Purchase Ledger Queries: Handle queries promptly and professionally to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers.
  • Month-End Processes and Reporting: Assist with month-end processes and reporting within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Supplier Details Management: Ensure supplier details are kept up to date in the system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance team.
  • Compliance: Comply with all company procedures and controls.

Requirements

  • Proven Skills: Proven skills in handling Purchase Ledger tasks.
  • Finance Software Proficiency: Proficient use of finance software and MS Office suite.
  • Numerical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Good organisational and time management skills.
