Job Summary:

The Ledger Analyst will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the Purchase Ledger within the Transactional Services Team at Booths. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure timely payment to suppliers, resolve queries efficiently, and contribute to the team's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end purchase ledger duties, including processing payments and resolving supplier queries.
  • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to business continuity by completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage workload effectively to ensure all duties are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest efficient ways of working within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Support the Transaction Services Team Leader and Manager with short-term projects and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues within the team and wider business.
  • Demonstrate and promote the Booths values.

Requirements:

  • 37.5 contracted hours.
  • This is a Fixed Term Contract.
