Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Healthcare. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with medication management and administration.
  • Observe and record residents' physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes to senior staff.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's recent experience in elderly and dementia care.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid UK driving license (desirable).
