Key Responsibilities:


Timely and accurate processing and allocation of payments from various financial sources to the company's receivables ledger, ensuring seamless financial operations and supporting the company's growth.

Thorough and accurate diagnosis of customer and system errors causing exceptions, and escalation of identified issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize financial impact.

Investigation, timely and accurate processing of customer refunds in line with company procedures and regulations, ensuring auditable and compliant records are created to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Thorough investigation of unallocated cash, identifying root causes and trends, suggesting preventative action, and escalating process issues to senior team members for resolution.

Support and review of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure documents are up-to-date and align with company policies, and provide assistance to the business network with payment and refund exceptions.

Adhere to established procedures and training provided in respect of the role, and provide support to the wider business network in exceptional circumstances to meet business objectives.

Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and the business network to improve the receipting process and resolve specific customer problems efficiently and effectively.

Support the Accounts Receivable team with additional tasks as needed, ensuring seamless financial operations and contributing to the company's success.

Key Performance Indicators for the Role:

Manageable levels of receipt exceptions, applications, and unapplied amounts across Autoglass brands.

Receipts processed to the Sales Ledger in an accurate and timely manner, demonstrating care for customers and professionalism.

All Month End and Year End tasks completed to a high standard and to agreed deadlines, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Processing of refunds in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
