About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Mecca Bingo team in Luton. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our venue.

You will be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, and will be able to demonstrate the behaviours that help bring excitement and entertainment to our customers and communities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a memorable experience in our venue.
  • Work across all sections of the venue, including food and beverage, entertainment, and customer service.
  • Be a team player and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Meet and exceed our customer service standards, ensuring that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
