About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Leisure Team as a Leisure Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests and members have an enjoyable experience in our hotel's leisure facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and members, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their stay.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our pool and leisure club areas, including furniture and equipment.
• Perform fitness assessments and provide personalized fitness programs for new members, ensuring they get the most out of their membership.
• Act as a salesperson, promoting the hotel's image and services to our guests and members.
• Maintain a smart and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to our uniform requirements.
