About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with business priorities and objectives.
  • Provide expert strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on internal communications best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging content and communications campaigns.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coach and lead the Internal Communications Coordinator to ensure successful delivery of communications projects.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Business Partner who possesses:

  • A strong background in internal communications, with experience in developing and implementing communications strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven experience in coaching and leading junior team members.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on outcome-driven results.
