About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with business priorities and objectives.
  • Provide expert strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders on internal communications best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging and dynamic content themed to the overall Thales story.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive employee advocacy by increasing awareness of Thales activities amongst employees.
  • Coach and lead the Internal Communications Coordinator (dotted line report).
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced internal communications professional who possesses a strong background in developing and implementing internal communications strategies. You will have a proven track record of driving employee engagement and advocacy through effective internal communications.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Strong internal communications background with experience in developing and implementing internal communications strategies.
  • Experience in working with senior leaders and helping them develop and articulate clear messages for their teams.
  • Previous experience coaching and leading more junior team members.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and ability to meet strict timelines.
