We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful execution of transformative initiatives, including post-acquisition integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation and acquisition integration, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and Execute Business Transformation Projects: Lead cross-functional teams to align business operations, systems, and cultures, ensuring smooth transitions and maximising value creation.
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Project Plans: Drive business transformation efforts across the organisation, focusing on process optimisation, system enhancements, and organisational change.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the Software Industry: Highly desirable, with a proven track record in managing complex projects within software or technology-driven environments.
  • Business Transformation Methodologies: In-depth understanding of business transformation methodologies, acquisition integration processes, and change management principles.
  • Education and Certifications: A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
