At Human Appeal, we are seeking a highly skilled Donor Care Team Advisor x30 to join our team. As a key member of our Donor Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional donor experiences and providing outstanding support to our donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide timely and effective responses to donor inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination with donors.
- Stay up-to-date with donor policies, procedures, and best practices to provide accurate and informed support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors.
- Proven experience in donor care or a related field, with a strong understanding of donor needs and expectations.
