Adult Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at Thorpe House, a specialist service providing high-quality accommodation for individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

About the Role

As an Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered support to individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting residents to engage in activities and outings, promoting social inclusion and community participation
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
