About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Property Investment and Asset Management to join our team at CEDAR GLEN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and transformation of our property portfolio and estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive property investment and asset management strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Property Improvement and Compliance: Lead the development and implementation of a robust property improvement and building compliance model that delivers customer-focused solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide effective leadership and management to a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and value for money.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the delivery of financial returns from our core business, meeting profit targets and achieving an appropriate return on assets.
Requirements
  • Extensive Asset Management Experience: Proven experience in asset management at a senior management level, with a strong understanding of property improvements and customer-focused solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Ability to develop and implement a successful change programme, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Experience of developing and implementing customer-driven services, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of budgeting, risk management, and procurement regulations.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of property management and asset management principles.
