Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to work with our top grocery retailers, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit top grocery retailers, working to a defined call file to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and increase distribution and maximum availability for our clients.
  • Negotiate with key decision-makers to ensure and increase distribution and maximum availability for our clients.
  • Act as the 'eyes and ears' of Dee Set and our clients in-store, identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence.
  • Strive to 'Make a Difference' for our clients by following our proven processes and delivering a professional, efficient, and effective set of calls within every sales outlet.
  • Accurately record and complete all information on our bespoke tablets using our latest Drive software system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
  • Ability to work unaided and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build credible relationships in stores.
  • Passion to build brand awareness to the highest standard and be motivated by results.
