Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Integra Outsourcing Ltd. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our award-winning range of roof windows and roof lights across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and independent building, roofing, and timber merchants, as well as buying groups.
- Support and train branches to improve product awareness and increase commitment and sales across your area.
- Create demand and support the winning of business with regional house builders, local developers, and contractors.
- Ensure all business won is back-sold through your merchant network.
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience within the construction industry, preferably with a manufacturer, distributor, or merchant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the building materials industry and a passion for promoting innovative products.
