About the Role



We are launching a new initiative called 'Your Way' within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning and maximising business in your assigned territory.



You will be solely accountable for the success of your territory, achieving the following key objectives:




  • Research and identify new opportunities in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings and effective communication
  • Onboard new customers and ensure close working relationships with existing accounts, tracking activity using Salesforce
  • Work closely with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong team for the community
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and meet targets
  • Monitor competitor and market activity to offer the best solutions to customers


You will be a highly service-focused individual, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a tenacious and resilient approach, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload are essential, as is a self-motivated approach to personal development.
