Lettings Operations Manager

Hatched Talent Solutions is partnering with a multi-award-winning Lettings Agency in Bristol to find an experienced Lettings Operations Manager to join their team.
The agency has experienced significant growth, doubling in sales and units under management year on year for the past 3 years. As a result, they are seeking a skilled professional to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of service delivery, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the agency.
The role involves supervising a team of 5 remote staff, working closely with the Directors, and managing the operational aspects of the lettings business. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting a team of remote administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
- Managing the operational aspects of the lettings business, including property inspections, rent pricing, and tenant enquiries.
- Upholding exceptional customer service by ensuring all interactions with landlords and tenants are handled with professionalism, care, and integrity.
- Making informed decisions to resolve tenant issues, handle crisis situations, and liaise with landlords and trade partners as necessary.
- Utilizing proprietary workflow systems and established software packages to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in residential lettings or property management, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ARLA qualification is preferred, but not essential.
