Lettings Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Hatched Talent Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lettings business, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of remote administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
  • Manage the operational aspects of our lettings business, including property inspections, rent pricing, and tenant enquiries.
  • Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring all interactions with landlords and tenants are handled with professionalism, care, and integrity.
  • Make informed decisions to resolve tenant issues, handle crisis situations, and liaise with landlords and trade partners as necessary.
  • Utilise our proprietary workflow systems and established software packages to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in residential lettings or property management is essential.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a remote team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role with remote working options. Property visits will be required as and when necessary. The starting salary is £30,000, which will increase to £35,000 after a 6-month probationary period. You will also receive 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, and access to our employee mentoring program.
