About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the Neuro Rehabilitation and General Rehabilitation service. As a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans for clients.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to service development and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Experience of working in a physical health setting or with clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
