Your Role
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective lead generation, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads, develop new business opportunities, and maintain a lead generation database.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with colleagues to secure sales and meet targets, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Manage and maintain our CRM system to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Business Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
- Project Management: Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive approach, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
