Sales and Talent Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-driven individual to join our team at FirstMind as a SaaS Sales professional.

About the Role

As a SaaS Sales at FirstMind, you will be responsible for helping large and small organisations achieve their targets through employee and leadership development. You will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey, from lead sourcing and nurturing to selling and 1:1 development conversations.

You will analyse and understand talent profiles, educate clients on their employees' strengths and challenges, and help them make better people decisions. You will also arrange personal feedback sessions, intro-calls, and help people act on their psychological homefield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best by identifying their talents
  • Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool
  • Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions and intro-calls
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in learning to help others make better people decisions. You should have experience and a keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales, and coaching. A UK, US, or EU work permit is also required.
