SALES ASSOCIATE
Primary Purpose
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. Key responsibilities include meeting personal sales and productivity targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the Coach brand with authenticity and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the impact of individual productivity on store performance;
- Behave as a brand ambassador, embodying the Coach spirit;
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
- Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor;
- Consistently achieve sales goals;
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance standards;
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
- Manage the sales floor with ease and efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency;
- Previous experience in a retail service environment;
- Background in luxury retail (desirable);
- Ability to communicate effectively and navigate the sales floor.
