Job Summary
The Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning Skills Development Officer Creative Arts to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our students' learning skills and creativity in the arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning skills programs and activities that promote creativity and innovation in the arts.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate learning skills into the curriculum and ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective assessment and evaluation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in learning skills development and arts education, and apply this knowledge to inform your work.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in learning skills development and arts education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
