We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Manager to lead our new-build mental health supported living service in Worcestershire. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other agencies to develop and manage a service that promotes recovery, independence, and personal fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote the service to referrers and potential service users, ensuring a strong understanding of our values and approach.
- Deploy staff according to assessed needs, ensuring a skilled and motivated team that promotes recovery and positive engagement.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of service delivery, including assessment, support planning, and positive risk management.
- Liaise and work closely with the landlord to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Assess, support, and plan for the needs of service users, promoting their independence and personal growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and other agencies.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the service, with a willingness to follow instruction and accept supervision.
