Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing skills development programs for students and staff at Heart of Worcestershire College. The role will involve working closely with colleagues to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement skills development programs for students and staff
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of skills development programs
  • Identify and address any gaps in skills development needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum level 2 qualification in English and Maths
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • 2 x References
  • Qualification validation check
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
  • 25 annual leave days, plus 8 public bank holidays, plus 5 concessionary days
