About the Role:

Leisure Focus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including health and safety procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee financial procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Lead, manage, and train a team of recreation staff to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leisure centre operations, with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Desirable: current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and Pool Plant Operators certification
