Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, exceeding company standards and maintaining strong guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Control costs, minimize waste, and ensure maximum profitability of the restaurant.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Successfully promote and publicize the German Doner Kebab brand, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Customer Service Management: Demonstrated experience in customer service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Food Knowledge: Extensive food knowledge, with a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in English and computer literacy, with familiarity with restaurant management software.

Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service management
  • Extensive food knowledge
