Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance of high standards of quality, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, exceeding company standards and maintaining strong guest satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Train, develop, and appraise team members, providing formal feedback to keep them motivated and productive.
  • Financial Management: Control costs, minimize waste, and ensure maximum profitability of the restaurant.
  • Marketing and Sales: Promote and publicize the German Doner Kebab brand, analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability, and organize marketing activities.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including team control, food control, and sales, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service management and staff development.
  • Extensive food knowledge and proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
