Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation
