English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team at Cambian Wisbech School. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for leading classroom activities, planning and teaching lessons, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying abilities.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to ensure effective support for students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching English language and literature.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality education and support to students.

Cambian Wisbech School is an independent, DfE-registered, co-educational day school providing specialist education for up to 40 students, aged 7-17 years.
