English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team at Cambian Wisbech School. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to our students, aged 7-17 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide pastoral support to students, addressing their emotional and social needs to ensure their well-being and success.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to direct their support and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher with experience in primary/secondary education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Ability to assess student progress and develop strategies to support their needs.
  • Passion for making learning effective and enjoyable, with a commitment to student success.
