About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Serennu Children's Centre. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional impression to visitors, staff, and other professionals.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Serennu Children's Centre, answering the telephone, and liaising with the general public, staff, and other professionals in a sympathetic and professional manner.
  • Carrying out general clerical duties, including filing correspondence both manually and electronically.
  • Preparing and sending signed letters and reports in a timely manner.
  • Typing of emails and other correspondence as required.
  • Maintaining and developing databases and systems to support the smooth running of the children's centre.
