Maintenance Officer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective facilities management services. You will work closely with the Building Services Manager to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Building Services Manager in delivering hard and soft FM services.
- Supervise external contractors, maintaining safety standards and overseeing satisfactory completion of jobs.
- Support the building service manager with major FM projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections, proactively identifying issues and ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Monitor and control expenditure on building materials and FM consumables.
- Perform tests on fire equipment, generators, hydrant pumps, etc.
- Exceptional technical skills in plumbing, carpentry, flooring, minor electrics, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and use discretion.
