Team Management Assistant

Operations Development is in Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore Service. The Offshore Service Department is responsible for carrying out all service and maintenance work for the offshore wind turbines in the Vestas portfolio.
**Responsibilities**
- Sourcing and liaising with venues and additional events service providers.
- Supporting on agenda and content development.
- Effectively coordinate the UK Offshore Service Leadership Teams calendars (scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements)
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Offshore UK Service leadership team and internal/external stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance language, communication, business administration or similar. Desired but not mandatory
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role and in an international company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software
- UK Cat B (Car) driving licence
**Competencies**
- Strong IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook, Viva Engage, Teams)
- Highly organizational and time management skills, with the ability to organize priorities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and balance responsibilities
- Accountable person who takes responsibility for actions
- Driven and determined to succeed
- Ability to be efficient, keep tasks simple and ensure they are delivered
- Good communicator and able to proactively collaborate with colleagues

**Additional Information**
This role will also include some travel across UK, IE and some part of Europe. This will be up to a maximum of 30 days per year.
