Lead a Team of Care Professionals

As a Children's Home Manager with Nurtured Talent International, you will oversee the daily operations of a therapeutic care home, ensuring the highest standards of care for young people with complex needs.

With a strong focus on leadership and team management, you will provide guidance and support to your team, empowering them to deliver exceptional care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dedicated team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee therapeutic interventions, ensuring the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of young people in your care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes, working closely with the care team and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a children's home setting, with at least 12 months in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership, with the ability to inspire and manage a team while delivering excellent care.

  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year, plus an additional £10,000 performance bonus (on-target earnings).
