Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Maintenance Tasks: The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
- Liaise with the Maintenance Team: The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team to allocate resources and assign tasks based on priority and availability.
- Maintain and Update Maintenance Schedules: The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining and updating maintenance schedules, logs, and records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with Internal Teams and External Contractors: The successful candidate will communicate with internal teams and external contractors to confirm schedules and address any issues that may arise.
- Monitor Maintenance Activity Progress: The Maintenance Scheduler will monitor the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the schedule.
- Prepare Reports and Documentation: The successful candidate will prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities, including work orders, status updates, and completion reports.
- Provide Administrative Support: The Maintenance Scheduler will provide administrative support to the maintenance team, assisting with any other tasks as required.
- Previous Experience: The successful candidate will have previous experience in a scheduling, administrative, or coordination role.
- Organisational Skills: The Maintenance Scheduler will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication Skills: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proactive Approach: The Maintenance Scheduler will have a proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems as they arise.
- Monday to Friday: The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday.
- Available Hours: The Maintenance Scheduler will be available to work between 08:30 and 18:00.
- Shifts: The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, with shifts either from 08:30 to 16:30 or 10:00 to 18:00.
- Later Shift: The later shift (10:00-18:00) will only need to be worked two days every week and a half, and will be scheduled on consecutive days (e.g., Tuesday + Wednesday or Thursday + Friday).
