Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Compensation and Benefits to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Compensation and Benefits Strategies: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits Processes: Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits processes, including salary review, bonus allocation, job grading, and harmonization.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees, management, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on compensation and benefits matters to support the company's business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
