Role Overview:
The position entails:
- Supporting the Senior Accounts Administrator
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Handling some reception responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Prior experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger is advantageous; however, training on Sage 200 will be provided
- Strong IT skills
- Robust administrative background
- Experience in a dynamic administrative setting
- Effective time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational capabilities
- A flexible and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues and managing workload
- Proactive and energetic approach
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
