Role Overview:
The position entails:
  • Supporting the Senior Accounts Administrator
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Handling some reception responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Prior experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger is advantageous; however, training on Sage 200 will be provided
  • Strong IT skills

  • Experience in a dynamic administrative setting

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities
  • A flexible and positive demeanor when interacting with colleagues and managing workload

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
