Role Overview

As a key player in Ocado's success as a leading online grocery provider, our Team Managers are essential to the delivery process, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Your expertise and commitment will be crucial in managing a successful delivery operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery operation team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of all drivers.
  • Facilitate meetings with drivers, addressing matters such as attendance, disciplinary actions, and welfare in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage site operations to ensure all performance indicators, targets, and deadlines are achieved without hindering business flow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and that all training requirements are consistently met.

This position entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, involving a mix of 10-hour shifts across any 4 days of the week, including weekends.
