About the Role

The Team Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery operation team, including recruitment, training, and performance management of all spoke drivers. This will involve chairing meetings with drivers, addressing absence, disciplinary, and welfare matters in line with Ocado Logistics policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the site operations, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, and deadlines are met without disrupting the business.

About You

Previous experience in conducting formal meetings, understanding, and applying relevant policies is desired. Strong verbal and written communication, numeracy skills, and a passion for dealing with people are essential.
